The space

The living area is very spacious and allows you to appreciate the stunning ocean view from almost every corner, including the terrace.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the apartment features a laundry center and air conditioning throughout to ensure a cool and pleasant stay.

Things to know

• To confirm your reservation, a valid ID is required for all adult guests, as well as the full names of any accompanying minors.
• We offer one complimentary cleaning for stays longer than 7 days.
• Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
• If availability allows, we can provide early check-in or late check-out. Please contact us to verify options.
• Blind controls: in addition to the manual controls, there is a wall panel located near the entrance (between the plant and the kitchen). Simply press the area you wish to adjust, then use the up or down arrows.

Right next to the property, you’ll find the Puerto Santo restaurant, perfect for enjoying delicious food in a relaxed setting with family or friends. Just beside it is Ultramar, where you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres.
Puerto Cancún shopping center is only a 10-minute drive away, and the Hotel Zone is just 15 minutes from the residence—ideal for exploring beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.
Additionally, there is an Oxxo convenience store right across from the property for any quick purchases during your stay.
